Common use of Effect of Partial Payment Clause in Contracts

Effect of Partial Payment. No endorsement or statement on any check or letter accompanying a check for payment of any monies due and payable under the terms of this Agreement shall be deemed an accord and satisfaction, and Licensor may accept such check or payment without prejudice to its right to recover the balance of such monies or to pursue any other remedy provided by law or in this Agreement.
