Common use of Effect of Piggyback Registration Clause in Contracts

Effect of Piggyback Registration. No registration effected under this Section 2(c) shall relieve the Company of its obligations to effect any registration of the offer and sale of Registrable Securities upon request under Section 2(a) or Section 2(b) hereof and no registration effected pursuant to this Section 2(c) shall be deemed to have been effected pursuant to Section 2(a) or Section 2(b) hereof.

Effect of Piggyback Registration. No registration effected under this Section 2(c) shall relieve the Company of its obligations to effect any registration of the offer and sale of Registrable Securities upon request under Section 2(a) or Section 2(b) hereof hereof, and no registration effected pursuant to this Section 2(c) shall be deemed to have been effected pursuant to Section 2(a) or Section 2(b) hereof.

No registration effected under this Section 2(c) shall relieve the Company of its obligations to effect any registration of the offer and sale of Registrable Securities upon written request under Section 2(a) or Section 2(b) hereof and no registration effected pursuant to this Section 2(c) shall be deemed to have been effected pursuant to Section 2(a) or Section 2(b) hereof.

No registration effected under this Section 2(c) shall relieve the Company of its obligations to effect any registration of the offer and sale of Registrable Securities upon request under Section 2(a) or Section 2(b) hereof hereof, and no registration effected pursuant to this Section 2(c) shall be deemed to have been effected pursuant to Section 2(a) or Section 2(b) hereof.

No registration effected under this Section 2(c10.1(b) shall relieve the Company of its obligations to effect any registration of the offer and sale of Registrable Securities upon request under Section 2(a10.1(a) or (subject to compliance with any applicable covenants in the underwriting agreement for a registration effected under this Section 2(b) hereof 10.1(b)), and no registration effected pursuant to this Section 2(c10.1(b) shall be deemed to have been effected pursuant to Section 2(a) or Section 2(b) hereof10.1(a).

Effect of Piggyback Registration. No registration of less than all of the Registrable Securities effected under this Section 2(c) 3 shall relieve the Company of its obligations to effect any a registration of the offer and sale of Registrable Securities upon request for any Registrable Securities not registered under Section 2(a) or Section 2(b) hereof and no registration effected pursuant to this Section 2(c) shall be deemed to have been effected 3 upon the request of Holders pursuant to Section 2(a) or Section 2(b) 2 hereof.

Effect of Piggyback Registration. No registration effected under this Section 2(c1(c) shall relieve the Company of its obligations to effect any registration of the offer and sale of Registrable Securities upon request under Section 2(a1(a) or Section 2(b1(b) hereof and no registration effected pursuant to this Section 2(c1(c) shall be deemed to have been effected pursuant to Section 2(a1(a) or Section 2(b1(b) hereof.

Effect of Piggyback Registration. No registration effected under this Section 2(c) 6.02 shall relieve the Company of its obligations to effect any registration of the offer and sale of Registrable Securities upon request under Section 2(a) or 6.01 (subject to compliance with any applicable covenants in the underwriting agreement for a registration effected under this Section 2(b) hereof 6.02), and no registration effected pursuant to this Section 2(c6.02) shall be deemed to have been effected pursuant to Section 2(a) or Section 2(b) hereof6.01.

Effect of Piggyback Registration. No registration effected under this Section 2(c2(d) shall relieve the Company of its obligations to effect any registration of the offer and sale of Registrable Securities upon request under Section 2(a2(b) or Section 2(b2(c) hereof and no registration effected pursuant to this Section 2(c2(d) shall be deemed to have been effected pursuant to Section 2(a2(b) or Section 2(b2(c) hereof.

Effect of Piggyback Registration. No Subject to Section 7(h), no registration effected under this Section 2(c7(b) shall relieve the Company Corporation of its obligations to effect any registration of the offer and sale of Registrable Securities upon request under Section 2(a7(a) or (subject to compliance with any applicable covenants in the underwriting agreement for a registration effected under this Section 2(b) hereof 7(b)), and no registration effected pursuant to this Section 2(c7(b) shall be deemed to have been effected pursuant to Section 2(a) or Section 2(b) hereof7(a).

Effect of Piggyback Registration. No registration or offering effected under this Section 2(c) 2.3 shall relieve the Company of its obligations to effect any registration of the offer and sale of Registrable Securities under Section 2.1 or upon request under Section 2(a) or Section 2(b) hereof 2.2 hereof, and no registration effected pursuant to this Section 2(c) 2.3 shall be deemed to have been effected pursuant to Section 2(a) 2.1 or Section 2(b) 2.2 hereof.

Effect of Piggyback Registration. No registration effected under this Section 2(c2(b) shall relieve the Company of its obligations to effect any registration of the offer and sale of Registrable Securities upon request under Section 2(a) or Section 2(b2(c) hereof and no registration effected pursuant to this Section 2(c2(b) shall be deemed to have been effected pursuant to Section 2(a) or Section 2(b2(c) hereof.
