Common use of Effect of Prior Agreements Clause in Contracts

Effect of Prior Agreements. This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Company and the Executive with respect to the subject matter and supersedes any prior employment, severance, or other similar agreements between the Company, its predecessors and its affiliates, and the Executive.

Effect of Prior Agreements.
