Effect of Purchase of Purchased Interests. The Contributor’s purchase of the Purchased Interests following a Defaulted Payment in respect of Equity Contributions shall satisfy the Contributor’s obligation pursuant to Section 2.1 to make Equity Contributions to the extent of the Purchased Interests so purchased by the Contributor.
