EFFECT OF PURCHASE OF THE BONDS. No purchase of Bonds pursuant to Section 3.3 hereof shall be deemed to be a payment or redemption of such Bonds or any portion thereof and such purchase will not operate to extinguish or discharge the indebtedness evidenced by such Bonds.
