Effect of Redemption; Partial Redemption. If the Corporation elects to redeem less than all of the outstanding Series G Preferred Shares, the number of shares to be redeemed shall be determined by the Corporation, and such shares shall be redeemed by such method of selection as the Corporation, or if appointed by the Corporation, the Securities Depository, shall determine, with adjustments to avoid redemption of fractional shares. The aggregate Redemption Price for any such partial redemption of the outstanding Series G Preferred Shares shall be allocated correspondingly among the redeemed Series G Preferred Shares. The Series G Preferred Shares not redeemed shall remain outstanding and entitled to all the rights and preferences provided in this Statement of Designation.
