Common use of Effect of Redemption Clause in Contracts

Effect of Redemption. Effective immediately prior to the close of business on the Redemption Date for any shares of Series A Preferred Stock redeemed pursuant to this Section 6, Dividends shall no longer accrue or be declared on any such shares of Series A Preferred Stock, and such shares of Series A Preferred Stock shall cease to be outstanding.

Effect of Redemption. Effective immediately prior to the close of business on the Redemption Date for any shares of Series A Preferred Stock redeemed pursuant to this Section 67, Dividends shall no longer accrue or be declared on any such shares of Series A Preferred Stock, and such shares of Series A Preferred Stock shall cease to be outstanding.

Effect of Redemption. Effective immediately prior to the close of business on the Redemption Date for any shares of Series A B Preferred Stock redeemed pursuant to this Section 69, Preferred Dividends shall no longer accrue or be declared on any such shares of Series A B Preferred Stock, and such shares of Series A B Preferred Stock shall cease to be outstanding.

Effect of Redemption. Effective immediately prior to the close of business on the Redemption Date for any shares of Series A Preferred Stock redeemed pursuant to this Section 610, Dividends shall no longer accrue or be declared on any such shares of Series A Preferred Stock, and such shares of Series A Preferred Stock shall cease to be outstanding.

Effect of Redemption. Effective immediately prior to the close of business on the Redemption Date for any shares of Series A A-1 Preferred Stock redeemed pursuant to this Section 6, Dividends shall no longer accrue or be declared on any such shares of Series A A-1 Preferred Stock, and such shares of Series A A-1 Preferred Stock shall cease to be outstanding, and all rights (except to receive the applicable Redemption Price as described herein) with respect to such shares shall cease and terminate, notwithstanding that any certificate of any share called for redemption has not been surrendered for cancellation.

Effect of Redemption. Effective immediately prior to the close of business on the Redemption Date for any shares of Series A Preferred Stock redeemed pursuant to this Section 68, Dividends shall no longer accrue or be declared on any such shares of Series A Preferred Stock, and such shares of Series A Preferred Stock shall cease to be outstanding.

Effective immediately prior to the close of business on the Redemption Date for any shares of Series A Preferred Stock redeemed pursuant to this Section 69, Dividends shall no longer accrue or be declared on any such shares of Series A Preferred Stock, and such shares of Series A Preferred Stock shall cease to be outstanding.

Effective immediately prior to the close of business on the Redemption Date for any shares of Series A Preferred Stock Shares redeemed pursuant to this Section 6paragraph 7, Dividends shall no longer accrue or be declared on any such shares of Series A Preferred StockShares, and such shares of Series A Preferred Stock Shares shall cease to be outstandingoutstanding and the Holders shall cease to have the rights of Members in respect of such shares (except the right to be paid the applicable redemption price).

Effective immediately prior to the close of business on the Redemption Date for any shares of Series A Preferred Stock redeemed pursuant to this Section 69, Participating Dividends shall no longer accrue or be declared on any such shares of Series A Preferred Stock, and such shares of Series A Preferred Stock shall cease to be outstanding.

Effect of Redemption. Effective immediately prior to the close of business on the Redemption Date for day before any shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock is redeemed pursuant to this Section 6Certificate of Designations, Dividends shall no longer accrue or be declared on any such shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock, and such shares of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock shall cease to be outstanding.
