Effect of Repayment and Prepayment on Commitments. If all or part of any Lender’s participation in a Loan under a Facility is repaid or prepaid, an amount of that Lender’s Commitment (equal to the USD Amount of the amount of the participation which is repaid or prepaid) in respect of that Facility will be deemed to be cancelled on the date of repayment or prepayment.
