Effect of Repayment and Prepayment on Commitments. If all or part of any Lender’s participation in the Loan is repaid or prepaid, an amount of that Lender’s Commitment (equal to the amount of such participation which is repaid or prepaid) will be deemed to be cancelled on the date of such repayment or prepayment.
