Effect of Repayment and Prepayment on Commitments. If all or part of a Utilisation under the Facility is repaid or prepaid, an amount of the Commitments (equal to the amount of the Utilisation which is repaid or prepaid) in respect of the Facility will be deemed to be cancelled on the date of repayment or prepayment.
