Common use of Effect of Representations Clause in Contracts

Effect of Representations. The Subscriber’s representations, warranties and agreements set forth in this Agreement are true and correct. The Subscriber acknowledges that the Corporation has relied upon the representations, warranties and agreements of, and information furnished by, the Subscriber set forth in this Agreement and that all such representations, warranties, agreements and furnished information shall survive the date hereof.
