Effect of Saturdays, Sundays and Non-Business Days. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, whenever this Indenture requires any action to be taken on a Saturday, Sunday or other day which is not a Business Day, such action shall be taken on the first Business Day occurring thereafter. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, whenever in this Indenture the time within which any action is required to be taken or within which any right will lapse or expire shall terminate on a Saturday, Sunday or other day which is not a Business Day, such time shall continue to run until midnight on the next succeeding Business Day.
