Effect of Share Transfer. This Agreement shall cease to have effect with respect to any Person who is no longer a Shareholder, except that such Person shall continue to be bound, as applicable, by the provisions of this Section 13.4, Sections 15, 17.3, 21, 22 and 23. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Section 13.4 shall be deemed to release a Person who is no longer a Shareholder from any liability for any breach of this Agreement prior to the date such Persons ceased to be a Shareholder.
