Common use of Effect of Sixth Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Effect of Sixth Supplemental Indenture. (a) This Sixth Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of Section 2.2 of the Base Indenture, and the Base Indenture shall be read together with this Sixth Supplemental Indenture and shall have the same effect over the Notes, in the same manner as if the provisions of the Base Indenture and this Sixth Supplemental Indenture were contained in the same instrument. (b) In all respects, the Base Indenture is confirmed by the parties hereto as supplemented by the terms of this Sixth Supplemental Indenture.

Effect of Sixth Supplemental Indenture. (a1) This Sixth Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of Section 2.2 1301 of the Base Original Indenture, and the Base Original Indenture shall be read together with this Sixth Supplemental Indenture and shall have the same effect over the Notes, in the same manner as if the provisions of the Base Original Indenture and this Sixth Supplemental Indenture were contained in the same instrument. (b2) In all other respects, the Base Original Indenture is confirmed by the parties hereto as supplemented by the terms of this Sixth Supplemental Indenture.

(a) This Sixth Supplemental Indenture is a supplemental indenture within the meaning of Section 2.2 2.02 of the Base Indenture, and the Base Indenture shall (notwithstanding Section 12.12 thereof or Section 5.04 hereof) be read together with this Sixth Supplemental Indenture and shall have the same effect over the NotesNotes of this Series, in the same manner as if the provisions of the Base Indenture and this Sixth Supplemental Indenture were contained in the same instrument. (b) In all other respects, the Base Indenture is confirmed by the parties hereto as supplemented by the terms of this Sixth Supplemental Indenture.

(b2) In all other respects, the Base Indenture is confirmed by the parties hereto as supplemented by the terms of this Sixth Supplemental Indenture.
