Common use of Effect of Special Allocations on Subsequent Allocations Clause in Contracts

Effect of Special Allocations on Subsequent Allocations. Any special allocation of income or gain pursuant to Sections 8.1.3 or 8.1.4 hereof shall be taken into account in computing subsequent allocations of income and gain pursuant to this Section 9.1 so that the net amount of all such allocations to each Member shall, to the extent possible, be equal to the net amount that would have been allocated to each such Member pursuant to the provisions of this Section 9.1 if such special allocations of income or gain under Section 9.1.3 or 9.1.4 hereof had not occurred.

Effect of Special Allocations on Subsequent Allocations. Any special allocation of income or gain pursuant to Sections 8.1.3 subsections 7.1.3 or 8.1.4 7.1.4 hereof shall be taken into account in computing subsequent allocations of income and gain pursuant to this Section 9.1 7.1 so that the net amount of all such allocations to each Member shall, to the extent possible, be equal to the net amount that would have been allocated to each such Member pursuant to the provisions of this Section 9.1 7.1 if such special allocations of income or gain under Section 9.1.3 subsection 7.1.3 or 9.1.4 7.1.4 hereof had not occurred.

Any special allocation of income or gain pursuant to Sections 8.1.3 Section 7.01(c) or 8.1.4 hereof Section 7.01(d) shall be taken into account in computing subsequent allocations of income and gain pursuant to this Section 9.1 so that the net amount of all such allocations to each Member shall, to the extent possible, be equal to the net amount that would have been allocated to each such Member pursuant to the provisions of this Section 9.1 if such special allocations of income or gain under Section 9.1.3 7.01(c) or 9.1.4 hereof Section 7.01(d) had not occurred.

Any special allocation of income or gain pursuant to Sections 8.1.3 or 8.1.4 8.1(b) and (e) hereof shall be taken into account in computing subsequent allocations of income and gain pursuant to this Section 9.1 8.1 so that the net amount of all such allocations to each Member shall, to the extent possible, be equal to the net amount that would have been allocated to each such Member pursuant to the provisions of this Section 9.1 8.1 if such special allocations of income or gain under Section 9.1.3 or 9.1.4 hereof had not occurred.

Effect of Special Allocations on Subsequent Allocations. Any special allocation of income or gain pursuant to Sections 8.1.3 subsection 1.1(c) or 8.1.4 (d) hereof shall be taken into account in computing subsequent allocations of income and gain pursuant to this Section 9.1 section 1.1 so that the net amount of all such allocations to each Member Partner shall, to the extent possible, be equal to the net amount that would have been allocated to each such Member Partner pursuant to the provisions of this Section 9.1 1.1 if such special allocations of income or gain under Section 9.1.3 subsection 1.1(c) or 9.1.4 (d) hereof had not occurred.
