EFFECT OF SUBORDINATION PROVISIONS; TERMINATION. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, other than as provided in the immediately succeeding sentence, all the provisions of this Indenture shall be subject to the provisions of this Article, so far as the same may be applicable thereto. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the provisions of this Article Fourteen shall be of no further effect, and the Guarantee shall no longer be subordinated in right of payment to the prior payment of Senior Indebtedness of the Guarantor, if the Guarantor shall have delivered to the Trustee a notice to such effect. Any such notice delivered by the Guarantor shall not be deemed to be a supplemental indenture for purposes of Article Twelve.
