Common use of Effect of Supplemental Bond Indenture Clause in Contracts

Effect of Supplemental Bond Indenture. Upon the execution of any supplemental bond indenture pursuant to the provisions hereof, this Bond Indenture shall be and be deemed to be modified and amended in accordance therewith with respect to each Tranche of Bonds affected thereby, and the respective rights, limitations of rights, obligations, duties, liabilities and immunities under this Bond Indenture of the Bond Trustee, the Bond Issuer and the Holders of the Bonds shall thereafter be determined, exercised and enforced hereunder subject in all respects to such modifications and amendments, and all the terms and conditions of any such supplemental bond indenture shall be and be deemed to be part of the terms and conditions of this Bond Indenture for any and all purposes. If required by the Bond Trustee, Bonds may bear a notation in form approved by the Bond Trustee as to any matter provided for in such supplemental bond indenture. If the Bond Issuer or the Bond Trustee shall so determine, new Bonds so modified as to conform, in the opinion of the Bond Trustee and the Bond Issuer, to any such supplemental bond indenture may be prepared and executed by the Bond Issuer and authenticated and delivered by the Bond Trustee in exchange for Outstanding Bonds.
