Common use of Effect of Supplemental Loan Agreements Clause in Contracts

Effect of Supplemental Loan Agreements. Upon the execution of any Supplemental Loan Agreement under this Article, this Loan Agreement shall be modified in accordance therewith and such Supplemental Loan Agreement shall form a part of this Loan Agreement for all purposes; and the Corporation, the Authority, the Bond Trustee and every Owner of Bonds theretofore or thereafter authenticated and delivered under the Bond Indenture shall be bound thereby.
