Effect of Suspension of Right of Redemption. If, pursuant to Section 6.6 hereof, the Trustees shall declare a suspension of the right of redemption of Shares of a particular Series or Class thereof, the rights of Shareholders (including those who shall have applied for redemption pursuant to Section 6.2 hereof but who shall not yet have received payment) to have such Shares redeemed and paid for by the applicable Series shall be suspended until the time specified in Section 6.
