Effect of Suspension, Termination, or Cancellation. If your Account is terminated, the account and transactional information will be securely stored according to Applicable Law. If required by Applicable Law, Backpack Exchange will maintain full custody of the Virtual Assets and funds which may be turned over to governmental authorities in the event that the Account’s suspension, termination, or cancellation arising from fraud investigations, investigations of violation of Applicable Law or violation of these Terms.
