Common use of Effect of Termination/Expiration Clause in Contracts

Effect of Termination/Expiration. Sections 3 (“Terms and Method of Payment”), 7 (“Security Interest”), 14 (“Limitation of Liability”), 16 (“Compliance with Laws”), 17 (“Confidentiality”), 18b (“Effect of Termination / Expiration”) and 19 (“Miscellaneous”), and any other provisions of this Agreement which by their nature are to be performed or paid following termination or expiration of this Agreement, shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.
