Effect of Termination for Cause. If Employee's employment is terminated For Cause: (a) Employee shall be entitled to accrued base salary under Section 3.1 and accrued vacation pay, each through the date of termination; (b) Employee shall be entitled to reimbursement for expenses accrued through the date of termination in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.1 hereof; and (c) Except as provided in Article XI, this Agreement shall thereupon be of no further force and effect.
