Effect of Termination for Cause. If Employee’s employment is terminated “For Cause” pursuant to Section 7.1: (a) Employee shall be entitled to accrued base salary and benefits under Sections 3.1 and 3.4, respectively, through the date of termination. (b) Employee shall be entitled to accrued bonuses under Section 3.2 hereof through the date of termination. (c) Employee shall be entitled to reimbursement for expenses accrued through the date of termination in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.1 hereof. (d) All unvested Option Shares granted to Employee shall be forfeited. (e) Except as provided in Article XI, this Agreement shall thereupon terminate and cease to be of any further force or effect.
