Effect of Termination of Alliance Term. Upon any expiration or earlier termination of the Alliance Term and the obligations of the Parties under this Article II, the rights and obligations of the Parties under Article II shall terminate, except for the rights and obligations under Sections 2.2(c), 2.2(d), 2.2(f) and 2.2(g) and any claims or causes of actions of the Parties with respect to material breaches of this Article II prior to the effective time of such termination, which shall survive such termination.
