Effect of Termination of License Agreement. Upon termination of this License Agreement for any reason, all Licenses to the Products granted hereunder shall immediately terminate, and Licensee shall return to Vital Images all Confidential Information. Articles 2.4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 shall survive any termination of this License Agreement.
