Effect of Termination of Service on Exercisability of Option. Except as otherwise provided below, any portion of the Option that is not exercisable upon termination of Service will expire immediately and automatically upon such termination and any portion of an Option that is exercisable upon termination of Service will expire on the date it ceases to be exercisable in accordance with this Section 6.
