Effect of Termination of Settlement on this Order. If the Settlement is terminated in accordance with the Settlement Agreement, this Order shall become null and void, and shall be without prejudice to the rights of the Settling Parties, all of whom shall be restored to their respective positions existing the day before the Settlement Agreement Execution Date.
