Effect of Termination of this Agreement. 11.1 The expiry or termination of this agreement however arising shall not operate to affect any provisions which are expressed to operate or have effect after its termination or expiry and shall not prejudice the exercise of any right or remedy of either party accrued beforehand. 11.2 On the proper termination or expiry of this agreement, the Executive shall not have any claim against the Company for damages or compensation of any nature whatsoever, provided that the Company has complied with its obligations under this agreement.
