In the event that this agreement shall terminate before the completion of the terms that are specified in this agreement, the Independent Contractor will be entitled to any and all compensation earned by her/him prior to the termination date as is provided for in this Agreement. This shall be computed at pro rata up to and inclusive of that date. The above named Independent Contractor shall not be entitled to any further compensation as of the date of the termination.
