Effect of Termination; Surviving Obligations. (a) Upon any termination or expiration of this Agreement, all licenses granted hereunder shall automatically terminate and revert to the granting party and all other rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement shall terminate, except as provided in Sections 11.3(b) and 11.4. (b) Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, each party will use their best efforts to return to the other party or destroy all tangible copies of the other party’s Confidential Information in such party’s possession or control and will erase from its computer systems all electronic copies thereof; provided, however, that each party may retain one archival copy of the other party’s Confidential Information solely for purposes of monitoring compliance with its obligations under Article 10 hereof.
