Effect of the Company’s objection. In the event the Company receives a Notice of Breach from Employee and does not consider the allegations in the notice to be valid, it has the right to object to the contents of the Notice by informing Employee to such effect in writing within two weeks of receipt of the Notice of Material Breach.
