Effect of the Court’s Denial of the Agreement. If the Court rejects this Agreement, in whole or in part, or otherwise finds that the Agreement is not fair, reasonable, and adequate, Parties agree to meet and confer to work to resolve the concerns articulated by the Court and modify the agreement accordingly.
