Effect of the Regulations. 4.1. The Regulations will apply in determining the rights, obligations and actions to be taken by each party to this Agreement. 4.2. The Regulations will govern the transfer of information between the parties. 4.3. Each party agrees with the other to take such action as is required to comply with the Regulations.

5.4.1 adopt the practices and procedures necessary for the operation of the Scheme and the Fund that are required by the Regulations and any other legislation or guidance published by the Administering Authority; and
5.4.2 provide such information and assistance as is reasonably requested by the Administering Authority to enable it to administer the Scheme.
