EFFECT OF THE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT. 3.1 Except to the extent amended and supplemented by this Second Supplemental Agreement, all terms and conditions of the Original Agreement and the First Supplemental Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. This Second Supplemental Agreement shall be read and construed as an integral part of the Original Agreement (as amended by the First Supplemental Agreement).
