Common use of Effect of Third Supplemental Indenture Clause in Contracts

Effect of Third Supplemental Indenture. Upon the execution and delivery of this Third Supplemental Indenture by the Company and the Trustee, the Indenture, as amended by the First Supplemental Indenture and the Second Supplemental Indenture, shall be supplemented and amended in accordance herewith, and this Third Supplemental Indenture shall form a part of the Indenture for all purposes, and every Holder of Securities heretofore or hereafter authenticated and delivered under the Indenture shall be bound thereby.

Upon the execution and delivery of this Third Supplemental Indenture by each of the Company and the Trustee, the Indenture, as amended by the First Supplemental Original Indenture and the Second Supplemental Indenture, shall be supplemented and amended in accordance herewith, and this Third Supplemental Indenture shall form a part of the Indenture for all purposes, and every Holder purposes in respect of any series of Securities heretofore created on or hereafter authenticated and delivered subsequent to the date hereof. This Third Supplemental Indenture shall not amend or modify the terms of any Securities issued under the Original Indenture shall be bound therebyprior to the date hereof.
