Common use of Effect of Transaction Clause in Contracts

Effect of Transaction. No creditor, employee, consultant or customer or other Person having a business relationship with the Company has informed the Company that such Person intends to change the relationship because of the purchase and sale of the Shares, nor does the Company have knowledge of any such intent.

Effect of Transaction. No creditor, employee, consultant or client, customer or other Person having a material business relationship with the Company or any Company Subsidiary has changed, or informed the Company that such Person intends to change the change, such relationship because of the purchase and sale of the Shares, nor does Shares or the Company have knowledge execution and delivery of any such intentthis Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements or consummation of the Transactions.

Effect of Transaction. No creditor, employee, consultant or customer or other Person (other than customers or suppliers) having a material business relationship with the Company has informed the Company that such Person intends to terminate, or effect any material adverse change in, its relationship with the relationship Company because of the purchase transactions contemplated by this Agreement and sale of the Sharesother Transaction Documents, nor does the Company have knowledge of any such intent.

Effect of Transaction. No creditor, employee, consultant or customer client, customer, Governmental Authority or other Person having a material business relationship with the Company or any Company Subsidiary has changed, or informed the Company or any Company Subsidiary that such Person intends to change change, or is reasonably likely to change, such relationship in such a way as to have a Company Material Adverse Effect on the relationship Company and the Company Subsidiaries taken as a whole, because of the purchase execution and sale delivery of this Agreement and the Related Agreements or consummation of the Shares, nor does the Company have knowledge of any such intentTransactions.

Effect of Transaction. (a) No creditor, employee, consultant or customer consultant, customer, supplier or other Person having a material business relationship with the Company has informed the Company that such Person intends to change its relationship with the relationship Company because of the purchase transactions contemplated by Transaction Documents, and sale to the knowledge of the SharesTransferor or the Company, nor does the Company have knowledge of no such Person has any such intent.

Effect of Transaction. No Except as set forth in Schedule 3.24, no creditor, employee, consultant or customer or other Person having a business relationship with the Company has informed the Company that such Person intends to change the relationship because of the purchase and sale of the Shares, nor does is the Company have knowledge aware of any such intent.

Effect of Transaction. No creditor, employee, consultant or customer consultant, customer, distributor, supplier or other Person having a material business relationship with the Company or any of its Subsidiaries has informed the Company or any of its Subsidiaries that such Person intends to change its relationship with the relationship Company or any of its Subsidiaries because of the purchase and sale any of the Sharestransactions contemplated hereby, nor does and to the Company have knowledge of the Seller and the Company, no such Person has any such intent.

Effect of Transaction. No creditor, employee, consultant or client, customer or other Person person having a material business relationship with the Company has informed the Company that such Person person intends to materially change the such relationship because of the purchase and sale of transactions contemplated by the Shares, nor does the Company have knowledge of any such intentAgreements.

Effect of Transaction. No creditor, employee, consultant or customer client, customer, Governmental Authority or other Person having a material business relationship with the Company has changed, or informed the Company that such Person intends to change change, or is reasonably likely to change, such relationship in such a way as to have an adverse impact on the relationship Company, because of the purchase execution and sale delivery of this Agreement and the Transaction Documents or consummation of the Shares, nor does the Company have knowledge of any such intenttransactions contemplated hereby and thereby.

Effect of Transaction. No To the knowledge of the Shareholders, no creditor, employee, consultant employee or customer or other Person having a material business relationship with the Company has informed the Company that such Person intends to change the relationship because of the purchase and sale of the Shares, nor does do the Company Shareholders have knowledge of any such intent.

Effect of Transaction. No creditor, employee, employee or consultant or customer or other Person having a material business relationship with the Company has informed the Company any Shareholder that such Person currently intends to materially and adversely change the such relationship because of the purchase and sale this Agreement or any of the Shares, nor does the Company have knowledge of any such intenttransactions contemplated hereby.
