EFFECT OF UTI SUPPLEMENT ON TRUST AGREEMENT. (a) Except as otherwise specifically provided herein: (i) the parties shall continue to be bound by all provisions of the Titling Trust Agreement; and (ii) the provisions set forth herein shall operate either as additions to or modifications of the extant obligations of the parties under the Titling Trust Agreement, as the context may require. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this UTI Supplement and the Titling Trust Agreement with respect to the UTI and any UTI Assets, the provisions of this UTI Supplement shall prevail.
