Common use of Effect of Waiver or Amendment Clause in Contracts

Effect of Waiver or Amendment. The Investors acknowledge that by operation of Section 11.1 hereof the Holders of a Majority of the Registrable Securities will, subject to the limitations contained in such Section 11.1, have the right and power to diminish or eliminate certain rights of the Investors under this Agreement.

Effect of Waiver or Amendment. The Investors acknowledge Each Investor acknowledges that by operation of Section 11.1 9.1 hereof the Holders of Investors holding a Majority majority of the Registrable Securities will, subject to the limitations contained in such Section 11.19.1, have the right and power to diminish or eliminate certain rights of the Investors such Investor under this Agreement.

The Investors acknowledge Investor acknowledges that by operation of Section 11.1 8.1 hereof the Holders of a Majority 80% of the Registrable Securities outstanding Shares will, subject to the limitations contained in such Section 11.18.1, have the right and power to diminish or eliminate certain rights of the Investors Investor under this Agreement, other than the provisions of Section 7 of this Agreement.

The Investors acknowledge Investor acknowledges that by operation of Section 11.1 11(a) hereof the Holders of a Majority of the Registrable Securities will, subject to the limitations contained in such Section 11.111(a), have the right and power to diminish or eliminate certain rights of the Investors Investor under this Agreement.
