If you reject arbitration, you will not be subject to this Arbitration Provision and will no longer be subject to any current Arbitration Agreement to which you and we are a party. Unless this Arbitration Provision is rejected by you or declared invalid in a final, non- appealable judgment, this Arbitration Provision will replace and supersede any Arbitration Agreement to which you and we are currently a party. This Arbitration Provision will not replace or supersede any prior Arbitration Agreement if you do not reject arbitration and this Arbitration Provision is declared invalid in a final, non-appealable judgment that does not apply equally to the prior Arbitration Agreement.
