Effect on Compliance with Laws. Licensee shall be fully responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations applicable to Licensee's operations. If the requirements of the Code of Ethics or of the GSOG are stricter than the requirements of applicable law, the requirements of the Code of Ethics and the GSOG shall control.
