Common use of Effect on Employment Agreement Clause in Contracts

Effect on Employment Agreement. This Agreement supplements, and does not replace, your Employment Agreement, as it may be amended or replaced from time to time (the "Employment Agreement"). You will be entitled to receive all amounts due to you pursuant to your Employment Agreement; but some payments under your Employment Agreement may reduce your Severance Payments as provided in Section 2 and benefits due pursuant to your Employment Agreement may reduce the benefits due pursuant to Section 3.
