Effect on Existing ISO Sample Clauses

Effect on Existing ISO. This Agreement amends and restates the Existing ISO, and upon the Effective Date, the provisions of this Agreement shall supersede the provisions of the Existing ISO, which shall no longer be in effect, other than any accrued obligations that are outstanding as of the Effective Date.
