Effect on Indenture. This Supplemental Indenture shall form a part of the Indenture for all purposes and every holder of Securities heretofore or hereafter authenticated and delivered shall be bound hereby. Except as expressly set forth herein, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and all the terms, conditions and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.
Effect on Indenture. As supplemented by this Supplemental Indenture, the Indenture is hereby ratified and confirmed in all respects.
Effect on Indenture. Subject to the satisfaction of the conditions precedent set forth in Section 3.1, upon the date hereof (i) the Base Indenture shall be amended in accordance herewith, (ii) this Seventh Supplement shall form part of the Base Indenture for all purposes and (iii) the parties and each Noteholder shall be bound by the Base Indenture, as so amended. Except as expressly set forth or contemplated in this Seventh Supplement, the terms and conditions of the Base Indenture shall remain in place and shall not be altered, amended or changed in any manner whatsoever, except by any further amendment to the Base Indenture made in accordance with the terms of the Base Indenture, as amended by this Seventh Supplement.
Effect on Indenture. This Fifth Supplemental Indenture shall form a part of the Indenture for all purposes, and every Holder of Notes heretofore or hereafter authenticated and delivered shall be bound hereby. Except as expressly set forth herein, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and all the terms, conditions and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect, including with respect to this Fifth Supplemental Indenture. This Fifth Supplemental Indenture shall not be deemed to be a waiver of, or consent to, or a modification or amendment of, any other term or condition of the Indenture or the Notes or to prejudice any other right or rights which the Holders of the Notes may now have or may have in the future under or in connection with the Indenture or any of the instruments or agreements referred to therein, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Effect on Indenture. Except as expressly modified by this First Supplemental Indenture, the Indenture and the Securities issued thereunder are in all respects ratified and confirmed and all the terms, conditions and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.

This Seventh Supplemental Indenture shall form a part of the Indenture for all purposes, and every Holder of Notes heretofore or hereafter authenticated and delivered shall be bound hereby. Except as expressly set forth herein, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and all the terms, conditions and provisions thereof shall remain in full force and effect, including with respect to this Seventh Supplemental Indenture. This Seventh Supplemental Indenture shall not be deemed to be a waiver of, or consent to, or a modification or amendment of, any other term or condition of the Indenture or the Notes or to prejudice any other right or rights which the Holders of the Notes may now have or may have in the future under or in connection with the Indenture or any of the instruments or agreements referred to therein, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Effect on Indenture. This Second Supplemental Indenture is a supplement to the Indenture. As supplemented by this Second Supplemental Indenture, the Indenture is in all respects ratified, approved and confirmed, and the Indenture and this Second Supplemental Indenture shall together constitute one and the same instrument.
