Sixth Supplement definition

Sixth Supplement means the Sixth Supplemental Indenture of Trust, dated as of January 1, 2005, between the Issuer and the Trustee, as amended or supplemented in accordance with the terms hereof and of the Indenture.

Sixth Supplement means this Supplemental Indenture, Number 6 dated as of May 1, 2024, between the Corporation and the Trustee and any amendments or supplements adopted in accordance with the terms of the 2012 Indenture and this Sixth Supplement.

Sixth Supplement shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Indenture.
