Common use of Effect On Other Advances Clause in Contracts

Effect On Other Advances. If notice has been given to the Borrower suspending the obligation of the Lenders to make any Eurodollar Rate Advance, or requiring Eurodollar Rate Advances to be repaid, then, unless and until the Agent notifies the Borrower that the circumstances giving rise to such repayment requirement no longer apply, all Advances which would otherwise be made by the Lenders as Eurodollar Rate Advances shall, at the option of the Borrower, be made instead as Prime Rate Advances, or, if available, as another type of fixed rate advance.

If notice has been given pursuant to the Borrower Section 2.5(e)(iii), suspending the obligation of the Lenders any Lender to make any type of Eurodollar Rate Advance, or requiring Eurodollar Rate Advances of any Lender to be repaidrepaid or prepaid, then, unless and until the Agent such Lender notifies the Borrower that the circumstances giving rise to such repayment requirement no longer apply, all Advances Loans which would otherwise be made by such Lender as to the Lenders as type of Eurodollar Rate Advances affected shall, at the option of the Borrower, be made instead as Prime Base Rate Advances, or, if available, as another type of fixed rate advanceLoans.
