Effect on Other Agreements; Entire Agreement. (a) This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the relationship contemplated by this Agreement and supersedes any earlier agreement, written or oral, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. In entering into this Agreement, no party has relied on or made any representation, warranty, inducement, promise or understanding that is not in this Agreement. (b) You represent and warrant that you do not have any agreements, obligations, relationships or commitments to any other person or entity that conflict or would conflict with accepting this offer or fully performing your duties and obligations of this position, including, without limitation any ongoing obligations you may have to your former employer. You further represent that the credentials and information you provided to the Company (or its agents) related to your qualifications and ability to perform this position are true and correct.
