Effect on Other Arrangements. Except to the extent expressly provided herein, no provision of this Agreement shall affect or limit any interests or rights vested in the Employee under any other agreement or arrangement with the Employee or under any pension, profit- sharing, medical or other insurance or other benefit plans of the Company which may be in effect and in which the Employee may be participating at any time.
