Effect on Other Bank Benefit Plans. Except as provided in Section VIII, nothing contained in this Agreement shall affect the Executive’s right or shall create any rights to participate in or be covered by any qualified or non-qualified pension, profit-sharing, group, bonus or other supplemental compensation or fringe benefit plan sponsored or offered by the Bank.
