Effect on Other Collaborations. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, termination of this Agreement shall not affect any surviving rights or obligations set forth in the Joint Operative Documents. For the avoidance of doubt, the BiCS LDA and the WD-TMC PCLA (in each case, including the licenses provided thereunder) shall be unaffected by the termination of this Agreement, and the BiCS LDA and the WD-TMC PCLA shall terminate or expire in accordance with each of such agreement’s terms.
