Effect on Other Provisions. No adjustment to the Purchase Price pursuant to this Section shall be considered a breach of any representation, warranty or other provision of this Agreement or any document made available or delivered pursuant to this Agreement. The Buyer shall not make any claim in respect of the determination of any adjustment to the Purchase Price or any item included within the determination of any adjustment to the Purchase Price other than in accordance with this Section.
